The Southwold studio is our premium summerhouse that hase always been very popular for its contemporary look, being both stylish and practical. The Southwold Studio can be modified to suit your needs. It is supplied and fitted with full length toughened glass windows to the front and partial side aspect. Comes as standard with single door fitted with 5-lever security lock.

The Southwold Studio internal eve height is 72’’ rising to 83’’ at the front of the building and comes with 2’’x2’’ PAR (planed all round) studwork as standard. This can be upgraded for 3’’x2’’ or 19 mm cladding to create a more sturdy building or even increase the height giving an extra 3.5’’.

Base Guidance
The building should be on a slightly elevated solid base and should never find itself "standing" in water which is why we recommend the size guidelines below.
The unit should have a draught underneath facilitated by the tanalised bearers and water should be able to run away from the unit completely.
The ideal base is concrete or concrete slab 100mm/ 150mm thick. We offer a complimentary site survey to advise on the suitable base and access.
